Elle, the AI assistant

Improvements

  • You can now ask Elle, the AI assistant, to read PDF files and answer questions about their contents. Search can also find content within PDFs.

  • Administrators can now control whether users can create API keys, authorize external applications, or register OAuth applications from Developer governance in account security settings.

Aha! Roadmaps

Improvements

  • Group fields into named, collapsible sections in your custom record layouts. Add sections to the Overview tab or custom tabs to make record details easier to scan.

  • Include custom table fields in prioritization views (available in Aha! Roadmaps Enterprise+) to review related information alongside the work you are ranking. Values appear as read-only summaries.

  • Give Elle recurring research tasks to analyze interview transcripts, generate highlights, or create executive summary reports. Scheduling this work keeps research findings up to date without having to start a new chat each time.

Improvements

  • Filter the Strategic roadmap by idea theme to show initiatives promoted from ideas in selected themes. This helps you share roadmap progress for a specific group of customer requests.

  • Choose which record types ideas can be promoted to in each workspace. Configure Idea promotion in workspace ideas settings to keep the available options aligned with your team's workflow.
