The Aha! Ideas history stream — you might also call this an audit log — provides a timeline of actions and events that have taken place on records throughout your account. History records help teams work transparently by providing a transcript of the changes that were made, when the changes were made, and the users who made the changes.

View a record's history
View the history of a record by clicking the More details button on a record and then choosing History or — where available — by opening a record's details or drawer view and selecting the History tab. History is available for the following areas:
View a user's history
To view your own history and the history of your colleagues, navigate to the History page under your profile picture. This page can be filtered by user, workspace, workspace line, or time frame.
