Each customer interview brings new insights. But how do you leverage all of the quotes, learnings, and other useful details you are capturing? The highlights list report is a streamlined view of key insights you have highlighted across interviews. Use it to quickly spot patterns and trends across customer interviews and to validate product decisions.Click any of the following links to skip ahead:
Overview
The highlights list report is a comprehensive list of key insights highlighted across customer interviews — AI-generated summaries, learning, quotes, responses to questions, and tags. This concatenated view displays details about each highlight, such as its type, which study or interview it is linked to, tags, and linked Aha! records.
You can filter the highlights list report by highlight type, tag, study or interview name, and study or interview date, or use the search bar to find the exact highlight you are looking for.
Access the highlights list report
To view all highlights in a single study, open the study and navigate to Insights -> Highlights. Navigate to Studies -> Highlights to view all highlights across all interviews and studies in your workspace.
Export, save, or share the highlights list report
Once you have filtered a highlights list to narrow in on the specific customer insights you want to see, you can save the list so you can revisit it or share it with stakeholders
To export a static version of the current highlights list report, click the Export icon in the upper right. Then select PNG image or PDF file to save the static report to your computer.
If you are using Aha! Discovery with Aha! Roadmaps, users with seats in both products can save a highlights list report. Click the Save button in the top-right corner of the page to navigate to the Aha! Roadmaps to finish saving the report.
Click Share to copy a shareable link to the highlights list view. When someone accesses the shared link, it will open the report in your Aha! account. Only users in your Aha! Discovery account will be about to view the report's data.
Bulk actions
To make bulk changes, select the highlights you want to update. Then update them in bulk using the following options:
Click Bulk edit # highlights to add tags, remove tags, or delete the selected highlights.
Click Link to record to link the selected highlights to a record in your Aha! Roadmaps or Aha! Ideas account.
