Save and share list reports in Aha! Discovery to drive alignment and keep everyone informed.

Save a report
Configure the report to meet your needs. Then, click Save view.
Add a Name.
Choose which workspace(s) you want to Share internally with. Users with permissions to access the workspace(s) you select will be able to access your view — though your view will be filtered to the current viewing user's workspace permissions.
Set the Save in value by choosing a folder where you would like to save the view. Folders can be created and managed on the reports overview.

Set the Editing permissions. You have two options for editing permissions.
View only: Users you have shared the view with will be able to see the view but only you and administrators will be able to edit the view.
View and edit: Anyone you have shared the view with will be able to view and edit regardless of their workspace permissions.
Click Save view.
You can always change the settings of your report view by selecting Views → Edit view details.
Access saved reports
Navigate to Reports → Overview to access saved reports. Use filters to find the report you are looking for or go directly to a report's location in a folder in the left side panel.
Share a report
Share any saved report with other users in your Aha! Discovery account, or with your broader account as a secure webpage.
Select Share in the upper right of a saved report for sharing options. The share menu has three sections that allow you to share the report in different ways:
Use the General section of the share menu to copy a shareable link and set viewing permissions of the report.
Use the Web section to share the report as a webpage.
Use the Email schedule section to send the report via email to specific recipients at a regular cadence.
General
Click Copy link for a direct link to the report.
Choose between View only and View and edit permissions for people who have the link.
Configure which workspace members can access the report in the Shared internally with menu.
See which folder the report belongs to in Save in.
Web
Share saved reports outside of your Aha! account by navigating to Share -> Web -> Manage webpage. The webpage you share will sync with the Aha! view every five minutes and update when you refresh it.
Click Manage webpage to configure a secure webpage for a report.
Select Enable share as webpage to share a direct link to the report in its own webpage.

Configure sharing options:
Enable Allow webpage views to filter data to let people configure filters that you choose.
Enable Allow webpage views to drill in by clicking on a record to let report users drill in to data. Only people with an Aha! Discovery seat who are logged in to your account will be able to drill in to view data.
Email schedule
Feedback trends, progress updates — some reports are dynamic enough to warrant regular updates. To keep everyone up to date, a report's creator can schedule recurring emails with links to any reports.
Only people in your Aha! account with an Aha! Discovery seat will be able to view report data. Account users without an Aha! Discovery seat will see limited details and will not be able to drill in to report data.

Click Share and select Email schedule on a saved report. Then configure the schedule:
Recurrence: Choose the time you want your email to be delivered, and how frequently a new email should be sent: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.
Time zone: Select the time zone for the time you choose in the previous step.
Sharing options: Choose whether the email should include an Aha! link (so that members of your Aha! account can access your view), a Link to a shareable webpage (so that people outside your Aha! account can access your view), or CSV file (to attach a .csv of the report to the email).

Recipients:
If you just selected Aha! link, select the Aha! Discovery user(s) who should receive your email.
If you just selected Link to a shareable webpage, list the email address(es) of the people who should receive your scheduled email. Multiple email addresses should be separated either by commas or a line break.
If you just selected CSV file, list the email address(es) of the people who should receive your email. Multiple email addresses should be separated either by commas or a line break.
Custom message: Include a message with your email, perhaps explaining your saved view or requesting feedback from your recipients. The email's subject will be the name of the view you are sharing, and the reply-to will be your (the saved view creator's) email address.
Click Save to set the schedule.
