You can copy relevant text and screenshots, automatically include a link back to the original page, and bring all of this context into Aha! Ideas — so your team can act on the best suggestions.

Overview
The Aha! Ideas extension for Google Chrome enables internal teams to log in to your ideas portal from any website, email, document, or support ticket and submit an idea. The extension uses the same idea submission layout you use for your ideas portal (including dynamic idea submission forms if you have one configured for your portal).
Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store, enter the URL for the ideas portal you want to use, and log in using the authentication method you configured for your portal. The next time you open the extension, it will automatically log you in.
From the extension's User menu, you can also access the ideas portal you are logged into, go straight to your submitted ideas, or log out of the portal.
Add the extension
You must use Google Chrome as your web browser to install and use the free Aha! Ideas extension.
Complete the following steps in your Google Chrome browser:
Navigate to the Aha! Ideas extension in the Google Chrome Web Store.
Click Add extension.
Confirm in the next window that you want to add the extension.
After the extension installs, click the puzzle piece icon in your Google Chrome browser to open the list of installed extensions. You will see the Aha! Ideas extension in this list.
Click the pin icon next to the installed Aha! Ideas extension to pin it to your browser for quick access.
Capture ideas
Once the extension is installed in your browser, you can access it easily to log in to any ideas portal and submit ideas with just a few clicks.
Click the puzzle piece icon in the upper-right corner of your browser window and select Aha! Ideas to open the extension.
If you are not already authenticated to the ideas portal, paste in your portal URL and sign in.
The idea submission layout opens in the extension side panel. Complete the required fields and any additional fields in the form. Then click Add idea. You can copy and paste ideas and images from the website you are visiting if helpful.
A confirmation message appears in the extension side panel with a link to the idea in your portal.
When you visit the idea in your Aha! account, the idea will include a link back to the website you were visiting when you submitted the idea through the extension.
View ideas
Use the Aha! Ideas Chrome extension to navigate directly to your ideas portal so you can search it or view your submitted ideas.
Open the extension and select the User menu in the upper-right corner. From here, select All ideas to open the ideas portal in a new browser tab, or select My ideas to open the portal filtered to ideas you have submitted personally.
