Use Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) shapes to create process diagrams that follow BPMN methodology and communicate process with clarity.
The Business processes section of your Shapes menu provides 120 BPMN shapes, grouped by Events, Activities, Gateways, Data, and Flows. You can link these shapes to one another with connectors. You can use a connector's toolbar to change its endpoint and arrow types to a BPMN style as well.
To add a BPMN shape to your whiteboard:
Click the Shapes menu on your whiteboard.
Click the Business process category to browse all shapes, or search for the desired shape by name.
Select a BPMN shape to add it to your whiteboard.
Once you have added a BPMN shape, you can resize it and use connectors to link it to another shape. If you need to switch out a shape for another version, click the Change business process icon on its toolbar.
