If you record customer interviews using a third-party meeting service, you can import your recorded videos and transcripts into Aha! Discovery for reference and analysis. Importing a transcript enables you to highlight key insights and use AI-powered transcript analysis (available in Aha! Discovery Advanced) to capture participant sentiment, key learnings, and more.
You do not need an integration to import meeting recordings manually — simply export the recorded files to your computer and import them into Aha! Discovery. Depending on which meeting service you use, you might need to configure your account settings before you can record and export videos and transcripts. Once you have recorded and exported videos and transcripts from a meeting service, you can import them to interview records, but the file format you use matters. Aha! Discovery currently supports MP4 video files and VTT (preferred) or DOC transcript files.
