We are introducing a more powerful and modern presentation experience in Aha! Roadmaps, with enhanced design tools, collaboration capabilities, and improved consistency across Aha! products.
On February 19, 2026, all new Aha! presentations will use the new presentation format.

What is changing?
Aha! presentations now use the same editor that powers Aha! whiteboards. This upgrade also brings new capabilities to Aha! presentations, including:
AI assistant for building slides
Speaker notes
Workspace themes
Multiple presentation layouts
All the formatting and design options available in whiteboards
We have intentionally excluded a small set of whiteboard-only actions, like converting objects to Aha! records or adding frames.
When is it changing?
Any Aha! presentation created on or after February 19, 2026 will use the new format. You can manually convert any existing presentation to this format, as well.
Who is affected?
All new and existing Aha! Roadmaps customers. We have not removed any existing whiteboards functionality.
What do I need to do?
If you choose to, you can manually convert existing Aha! presentations to the new format starting on February 19, 2026. This gives you the chance to review the presentations and apply themes as needed.
Are presentation themes changing?
Yes. Presentation themes in the new format will be managed at the workspace level, where other shared settings (such as document and release templates) currently exist.
When a presentation is converted, its theme is automatically converted and saved within that presentation.
If two legacy presentations were using the same theme, the theme will be converted separately for each presentation. They will no longer be linked.
To make a presentation theme accessible to other users in your Aha! account, a workspace owner must first adjust its accessibility from the Themes menu of a presentation.
When will support for legacy presentations end?
We are continuing to improve the new presentations experience based on your feedback. Legacy presentations will be retired at a future date. Before then, you will need to recreate any older presentations you want to keep using the new format or convert them and adjust the formatting as needed. We will share the retirement date with plenty of advance notice.
