Workspace-level settings affect a particular workspace in your Aha! Ideas account. This article will explain each workspace setting in the Imports section at a high level and link to detailed articles should you want more information.
Open your workspace settings by navigating to Settings ⚙️ → Workspace. You will need to have owner or administrator user permissions to do this.

Import from CSV
The CSV import is the most versatile option available to you. Almost any data source you use can provide you with a CSV export. The CSV import wizard in Aha! Ideas will walk you through the fields you can import, how to format them, and how to link your import's columns with the right Aha! Ideas fields.
You can choose from the following record types:
Idea votes
Ideas
Ideas organizations
Ideas portal users
Users
Workspaces
You can use the CSV import to create new data in Aha! Ideas or to edit existing data.

Import from UserVoice
If your first ideas portal was in UserVoice, you likely want to import your ideas backlog into Aha! Ideas so that you can populate your new Aha! Ideas ideas portal with ideas your users have already submitted.
The Import from UserVoice option allows you to import the following information:
Idea name
Idea status
Portal users
Idea votes
Idea comments

Import from Confluence
If you are storing product information in notes in Confluence (Cloud, Data Center, or Server), you can easily import it all into Aha! Roadmaps — so you can centralize product information in the platform where you are working the most. Anyone with contributor permissions to a workspace can import notes from Confluence.
The Import from Confluence will allow you to import the following information:
Notes
Images
Attachments
We recommend that you use this import as a one-time migrations of notes.
