CLI installation

The CLI can be installed with:

npm install -g aha-cli

Once installed, it can be invoked like:

$ aha
Command line interface for Aha! (www.aha.io)

VERSION
  aha-cli/1.9.1 darwin-x64 node-v12.15.0

USAGE
  $ aha [COMMAND]

TOPICS
  auth       Authenticate to Aha!
  extension  Manage extensions

COMMANDS
  help  display help for aha
