Prototypes help you visualize and validate a new customer experience. But one prototype shows only one possible solution. Use Elle, the AI assistant in Aha! software, to create multiple prototype variations on a whiteboard, compare the approaches, and refine the direction you want to pursue.

Create variations from a record
Create variations from a record when you want Elle to use the record's details as context. Elle creates three prototype variations and adds them to a new whiteboard.
Open the record and navigate to its Research tab.
In the Concepts section, select Add -> Prototype -> Explore prototype variations.
Review the variations on the whiteboard and share them with the team for feedback.
The Research tab is present for records in Aha! Roadmaps and Aha! Ideas, on initiatives, releases, ideas, epics, and features.
Create variations from a prototype on a whiteboard
Start from a prototype on a whiteboard when you want to explore different directions from an existing concept.
Select the prototype on your whiteboard.
Open the Elle menu in the prototype toolbar and select Explore variations.
Choose the number of variations and how similar they should be to the original prototype.
Select whether Elle should focus on Functionality, Design, or a Custom direction.
Select Generate variations.
Elle adds the variations to the whiteboard in a new frame. Each variation includes a description that explains what is different from the original.
Generate more variations if you want to explore another direction.
