Manage access to saved views


Every saved view in your Aha! account has access settings that control who can view it and who can edit it. You can set access at the workspace or team level, and override it for individual users.

To manage access for a saved view, open the Share menu and click the General tab. From here, you can:

  • Set View or View and edit access for each workspace included in the report.

  • Add individual users with a different access level than their workspace. For example, you can give a workspace view-only access while granting one person in that workspace edit access.

When someone has access from multiple sources — such as two workspaces or a workspace and an individual setting — the highest level of access applies.

You can also set access when you first save a view. Click Save view and configure workspace/team and individual access in the save modal.
