Install the integration
Integrations like this one rely on Aha! Teamwork extensions, which extend the functionality of your Aha! Teamworks account. While administrators need to install them, users with any permission level can enable or disable them in their personal settings.
To install this integration in your Aha! Teamworks account, click the Install link from this table:

Once you click Install and authenticate your Aha! account, you will be taken to your account settings at Settings ⚙️→ Account -> Extensions.
Click Install extension.
Congratulations! Your extension has been installed.
Use the integration
This integration affects your Aha! Teamwork account in two ways:
The importer pulls Zendesk tickets into your Aha! Teamwork account as activities.
The dashboard adds a page to the Work navigation tab in your Aha! Teamwork team (Work -> Zendesk dashboard). Once you authenticate with your Zendesk account, you can use this dashboard to view different Zendesk ticket queues without leaving Aha! Teamwork. Promote any Zendesk ticket to an activity in your Aha! Teamwork account.
