AI functionality
What AI features are included in Aha! Discovery?
While all Aha! Discovery accounts have access to the AI assistant, advanced AI features are available in the Aha! Discovery Advanced plan. The AI assistant relies on credits, which will be at no cost during the early access period.

Is AI used during the interview itself?
No. AI is only applied after the transcript is available. It does not run in real time or affect the interview recording process.
Are my interviews or notes used to train the model?
No. Aha! Discovery does not use your content to train AI models. We never share your data with other customers or use it for model development.
Security and privacy
Where is the data processed?
AI processing is performed in the United States using secure infrastructure. Data does not leave the region during analysis.
How do you protect sensitive customer information?
All AI functionality adheres to the same strict privacy and security standards as the rest of Aha! — including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and audit logging. Transcripts and interview data remain fully private to your account. You can edit transcripts manually to remove any sensitive information.
What third-party providers are involved?
AI features in Aha! Discovery use models from Amazon Web Services, Google, and OpenAI. These models are isolated from public use cases and designed for enterprise customers.
Governance and control
Can I disable AI features?
Yes. Account administrators can disable AI-powered functionality in their account settings at any time by heading to Settings ⚙️ -> Account -> Security and single sign-on -> AI control.
Can admins monitor AI usage?
Yes. Workspace admins can audit usage through interview records and insights reports, which clearly indicate when AI-generated content is present.
