Visualize all customer research across your workspace on the Calendar page. This timeline view helps you plan ahead and review previous research. Click into the details for upcoming efforts and quickly access study and interview information if plans change.Click any of the following links to skip ahead:
Overview
The Calendar page displays all scheduled research from across a workspace. Navigate to Calendar to access it.
By default, the calendar will highlight today's date. Scroll with your mouse to see past and future dates on your calendar. Jump back to today's date at any time by clicking Today in the top-left.
Customize the calendar by clicking the Customize view ⚙️ dropdown to Show or Hide weekends. To see a different workspace calendar or view multiple workspace calendars, click the dropdown Workspace menu under Calendar and filter to add or remove workspaces.
View studies on the calendar
The calendar will automatically display all scheduled studies. Each study appears as a colored bar spanning the start and end dates you specified for the study.
Hover over the bar to see the study's name and date range.
Click on the bar to open the study's drawer view.
View interviews on the calendar
Your calendar will automatically display all scheduled interviews in your workspace. Each interview appears as an appointment on its scheduled day. It also includes the interview time and participant name(s).
Click on the interview's name to open its drawer view and see key details (such as the interview's Status, the Study it is part of, and participants' preferred modes of communication).
