Customer insights should inspire action — but all too often, this last step is a tempting one to skip. If you have connected Aha! Discovery to other Aha! products, your customer research will flow directly to the records where it is most useful. This makes sure everyone can make informed, confident product decisions.

On an interview transcript, highlight any quotable section and click the Record link button to either link to an existing Aha! record or create a new one inspired by the insight. When you do, your link will appear in the Links section of the transcript as well as on that Aha! record's Research tab.
