Team-level settings affect a particular team in your Aha! Teamwork account. This article will explain each team setting in the Imports section at a high level and link to detailed articles should you want more information.

If you want to connect your Aha! Teamwork account to another source like GitHub or Jira to pull work from those backlogs and commit to it as a team, you may want to install one of our importer extensions.

Open your team settings by navigating to User menu -> Settings → Team. You will need to have owner user permissions to do this.

Import from CSV

The CSV import is the most versatile option available to you. Almost any data source you use can provide you with a CSV export. The CSV import wizard in Aha! Teamwork will walk you through the fields you can import, how to format them, and how to link your import's columns with the right Aha! Teamwork fields.

You can import the following record types by CSV file:

  • Epics

  • Activities

  • Releases

  • Teams

  • Users

You can use the CSV import to create new data in Aha! or to edit existing data.

Import documents

You can easily import documents that you are are storing in other web-based tools into your team — so you can centralize product information in the platform where you are working the most. Anyone with contributor permissions to a team can import notes from Confluence, Document360, Microsoft Word, and more.

Access these settings and select a source to import documents directly into your team.
