It is hard to know if your knowledge base articles actually help people. Enable feedback in your knowledge base so visitors can tell you if an article met their needs. Overview

Workspace owners can enable feedback in a knowledge base. When enabled, knowledge base visitors will see a section at the bottom of each knowledge base page with two statements they can choose from:

  • 👍 This was helpful

  • 👎 This was not helpful

After selecting an option, visitors can also submit an optional comment.

Workspace owners can see results on the knowledge management page.

Enable feedback

Feedback is enabled by default for Aha! Knowledge accounts created after October 16, 2025.

  • Navigate to User menu -> Settings -> Workspace -> Knowledge bases.

  • Click a knowledge base's name to open its settings.

  • In the Overview -> General settings, find the User feedback section and check the box to Enable user feedback.

  • After enabling it, the option to leave feedback appears on every page in your knowledge base.

View feedback

  • Navigate to Knowledge -> Knowledge base management -> Feedback.

  • Use the filters at the top of the page or sort columns to find the knowledge base page you want to view. You can filter feedback by date to see how the ratings change over time or analyze the impact of recent updates.

  • Click the link icon in the View feedback column to open a list report detailing the feedback for a knowledge base page.

When viewing the list report, you can bulk edit to delete votes and comments that are not relevant. If a visitor rated a page but did not leave a comment, the value in the Comment file will be blank.
