Whether used in internal documents or published in a knowledge base, callout boxes help readers quickly spot important information on a page instead of scanning every paragraph. This makes it easier for teams to share guidance, document changes, and clarify complex topics in a structured way. When used thoughtfully, callout boxes improve readability and help people find the right details at the right moment.
