The Aha! Develop history stream — you might also call this an audit log — provides a timeline of actions and events that have taken place on records throughout your account. History records help teams work transparently by providing a transcript of the changes that were made, when the changes were made, and the users who made the changes.

View a record's history
View the history of a record by clicking the More details button on a record and then choosing History, or — where available — by opening a record's details or drawer view and selecting the History tab. History is available for the following record types:
Notes
Epics
Features
Requirements
To-dos
Filter record history
Use filters on the History tab to quickly find specific events — such as when a field changed or a key decision was made.
Open a record's History tab and select the Filter icon in the upper right.
Configure filters for Date, Changes, Event type, or User to focus on the details you need.
Use Search to find specific updates.
