Distill key takeaways from your customer research in a clean, easy-to-build report. Create an insights report for any interview or study, then share it with stakeholders and use it to inform your product strategy.
Interview insights reports enable you to pull in highlighted learnings and quotes from an interview directly into its insights report.
Study insights reports enable you to pull highlighted learnings and quotes from any interview linked to the study into its insights report.
After you have created an insights report, you can share it with your team via secure webpage or export as an image or PDF to store it outside your account.
Build an insights report
To build an interview insights report, open an interview's Details view and click Report.
To build a study insights report, open a study and click Insights.

Configure your report:
Summary: Summarize your research findings.
Learnings: Click + to open a list of Learnings you highlighted in the linked interview(s). Select the learnings you want to add and click Add learnings.
Quotes: Click + to open a list of Quotes you highlighted in the linked interview(s). Select the quotes you want to add and click Add quotes.
Details: Add extra context or details that are relevant to your interview or study.
Links: Click + to add links to Aha! initiatives, features, epics, or ideas. This links your research directly to your strategic roadmap.
Your changes to an insights report will save automatically, so you can update it over time.
Export an insights report
Export an insights report as an image or PDF to store outside your account.
Click the Export icon. Then select PNG image or PDF document.
When the file is generated, click Download.
