Publish a presentation to a secure webpage

Aha! Roadmaps

A secure webpage turns your presentation into a live, read-only link that stays current as you update your slides. Share it with stakeholders who need to review your roadmap on their own time, and control exactly who can see it.

Click any of the following links to skip ahead:

Publish a secure webpage

Open your presentation in the slide editor, click More options (...) in the top-right corner, and select Share as webpage. The sharing modal opens with your webpage URL and security options.

Once published, the webpage URL is permanent. It stays the same even when you update the presentation. There is always one URL per presentation.

Configure security settings

From the sharing modal you can protect your webpage with:

  • Password: Require viewers to enter a password before accessing the presentation.

  • Enhanced security: Adjust the level of additional security you need:

    • Anyone with the secure URL can access

    • Only external sharing single sign-on users can access

    • Only Aha! users can access

Click Save to save your changes.

Update or delete a webpage

When you update your presentation after publishing, the webpage does not refresh automatically. A notice appears indicating the Presentation has been updated since webpage was generated. Republish the webpage from More options (...) -> Share as webpage to push the latest version live.

To stop sharing, click More options (...) and select Delete presentation webpage. The URL will no longer work, and anyone who visits it will see an error.

You can view previous versions of your presentation from More options (...) -> View previous versions. While you can review older versions, you cannot revert a published webpage to an earlier version.
