If you need to delete your Aha! account, we are here to guide you through the process. The steps below will help you request the deletion and understand what will happen to your data.

Request an account deletion
To request an account deletion, an account administrator must contact our support team.
Send an email: Email our Customer Success team at support@aha.io to request the deletion of your account.
Before you can delete your Aha! account, you should cancel your Aha! subscription. You can request both cancellation and deletion in the same email.
A member of our Customer Success team will respond to your request promptly.
What happens to your data
Your data deletion request will be processed as soon as possible. When it is processed all online data in the account will be immediately deleted. Backups of your account will be automatically deleted at the end of a one-year retention period.
