Deliver your Aha! presentation

Aha! Roadmaps

There are two ways to deliver an Aha! Roadmaps presentation — as a secure webpage or by presenting it. Both experiences maintain a 16:9 aspect ratio to ensure that your slides are viewed exactly as you designed them, no matter the size of the viewer's monitor. Black bars may appear on the right and left or top and bottom to preserve the 16:9 ratio on wider or taller screens.

Publish your presentation

Publish your presentation as a secure webpage, PDF, or a Microsoft Powerpoint file, depending on how your audience needs to consume it. To do this, click the Share button in the top right:

  • A secure webpage creates a live, read-only link you can protect with a password, enhanced security, and interactive view options.

  • A PDF export produces a downloadable document, optimized for Viewing in a browser or Printing, breaking the presentation into multiple pages if necessary.

  • A .ppt export generates a Microsoft PowerPoint file of the Aha! views in your presentation as PNG images (and no other slide content). Click Generate powerpoint to create this export, or Update to generate an update with the latest Aha! data.

Presenter view

Presenter view is best when you are delivering the presentation live. It shows you a dedicated view with your current slide, next slide, and speaker notes, while your audience sees only the current slide in full screen.

To start presenter view:

  1. Click the Present dropdown in the top toolbar.

  2. Select Presenter view.

From presenter view, use the arrow keys or on-screen controls to advance slides. The slide counter and elapsed timer help you pace your delivery.

Presentation mode (without speaker notes)

If you do not need speaker notes on screen, click the Present button directly (not the dropdown) to start presenting from the current slide. Both you and your audience see only the slides in full screen, and slide controls disappear when not in use to keep the focus on content.

To start from the first slide regardless of which slide you are editing, select Start from beginning from the Present dropdown.
