Your Gantt chart is just one way to view your data. It can be helpful to see the work your team plans to complete in different ways. When you change views, you can examine a detailed list report, analyze a pivot table, visualize data in a chart, or emphasize different aspects of your plan using a new roadmap type.
Use the Visualize records in dropdown to switch between several common views while retaining the same data and any filters you have added. From your report you can change the view into a report, chart, prioritization view, or another roadmap, where you will see your existing data in the new view type
Click Visualize records in at any time to return to your original view or select a new one.
Click Display as tabs to show all the views you have created with this data (or add new ones) organized as tabs to make it easier to switch between them.
Click Reset to default or Create new report to exit these connected views and start fresh with a different data set.
Filters you add yourself will transfer to a new view. Page filters — filters associated with the original view that cannot be removed — will not appear on the new view.
