If you have an established help center in ProProfs Knowledge Base, it might seem daunting to migrate it to another product. But with a simple XML import, you can move all of your ProProfs Knowledge Base documents into your Aha! workspace in just a few easy steps.

Overview
Workspace owners can import ProProfs Knowledge Base documents into a workspace as notes. Imported documents will retain their original content, including text, formatting, tables, and images. This will also recreate the folder structure you built in ProProfs Knowledge Base within your Aha! workspace.
Export documents from ProProfs Knowledge Base
You will need to export documents from ProProfs Knowledge Base as an XML ZIP file before you can import them into your workspace:
Log in to your ProProfs Knowledge Base account.
Navigate to Settings -> Export Sites and click Export page details.
Select the status of the pages you want to export and select XML as the Format.
Click Export.
Import documents
After you export your documents from ProProfs Knowledge Base:
In your Aha! account, navigate to Settings ⚙️ -> Workspace -> Import -> Import documents.
Select ProProfs Knowledge Base.
Enter a name for your knowledge base. This will be the imported folder's name.
Click Choose file. Then, select the files and folders you want to import.
Click Import.
Find your imported documents
After the import process, you will find a new folder in your workspace notes with all your imported documents. Drag and drop documents or folders to reorganize them to best suit your documentation hierarchy.
Although this process maintains the formatting in your documents, it is smart to check them to ensure everything appears correctly. You can use the text editor to edit your content, add alt tags to your images, or apply formatting updates.
