Account discovery settings

Aha! Discovery

Discovery settings help you perform customer research the way you want to across your entire account. Configure custom study types and interviews to organize your research activities to match your unique workflows and classify different types of customer conversations.

Navigate to User menu -> Settings -> Account -> Discovery to access these settings.

Study types

Studies in Aha! Discovery come with a variety of types. You can create your own types here to better organize the research your team is pursuing.

  • Click Add study type to add a custom study type.

  • After naming the type, click Save to create your custom type.

Custom study types will be available to users in every workspace in your Aha! account.

Interview types

Interviews in Aha! Discovery help you classify the type of interview that you are conducting. Create your own types here to better organize the types of interviews you are conducting.

  • Click Add interview type to add a custom interview type.

  • After naming the type, click Save to create your custom type.

Custom interview types will be available to users in every workspace in your Aha! account.
