We're glad you chose Aha! Roadmaps! You can choose from one of the following payment options, depending on the plan type you chose for your account.

Credit card
All Aha! Roadmaps monthly plan subscriptions as well as the Startup plan are paid by credit card. We accept all major credit cards, and once you set up credit card payments, you will have immediate access to your Aha! account and your credit card will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
To set up credit card payments, navigate to Settings ⚙️ → Account → Billing. You will need to be an administrator with billing permissions to do this.
Invoice billing
Annual Aha! Roadmaps subscriptions (with the exception of the Startup plan) can choose to pay by invoice. You can make payment by check, wire transfer, ACH, or direct deposit. The payment terms are Net 15.
To set up manual invoicing, send the following information to billing@aha.io:
Company name
Main billing contact's name
Main billing contact's email address
Main billing contact's phone number
Shipping address
Billing address (if different from shipping address)
PO # if required by you (we do not require it)
VAT # (for companies operating in the EU or UK only)
GST # (for companies operating in New Zealand only)
After we receive this information, we will convert your account to manual invoicing and you will have immediate access to your Aha! account.
