Add views from nearly any page in Aha! Roadmaps directly to your presentation slides — reports, roadmaps, boards, and more. Each view stays connected to the data in your Aha! account, so your presentation reflects the latest information based on the update frequency you choose.
Click any of the following links to skip ahead:
Add an Aha! view to a slide
Open your presentation in the slide editor and click Add Aha! view in the top toolbar. Browse or search for the view you want to insert, then select it. The view appears on your slide and can be moved and resized like any other element.
Adjust view settings from the floating toolbar
Select an Aha! view on your slide to reveal the floating toolbar below it. From the floating toolbar you can:
Adjust the update frequency: Choose whether the view is a static snapshot, updates live every time data changes in Aha! Roadmaps, or updates only when you manually refresh.
Open the source view to edit it directly.
Include multiple views on one slide
You can add multiple Aha! views to the same slide. Each view has its own update frequency setting, so you can mix live-updating and manually refreshed views on a single slide.
As you arrange views, elements extending beyond the slide boundaries are indicated by dotted horizontal and vertical lines. Content beyond those lines can still be seen by viewers who scroll in the browser, but it will not be visible by default.
Add a view from a report or record
You can also add a view to a presentation without starting from the slide editor:
Navigate to nearly any page in Aha! Roadmaps.
Click the Share menu in the top-right corner and select Add to presentation.
Choose Existing presentation or Create new presentation.
Click Add to presentation.
The view is added as a new slide in the selected presentation.
