The people who participate in your studies are the most essential part of product discovery. They are the source of the insights you will use to define and build lovable products, so it is essential that their contact information is easily accessible. Import contacts to build a filterable database of participants — so you can always find the right people to talk to.

Overview
Import individual contact records into a workspace with a simple CSV import. You can import the following fields:
Email (required): The contact's email address
First name: The contact's first name
Last name: The contact's last name
Organization: The organization the contact is associated with
ID: This is only valid if the contact already exists in an Aha! product. The ID is an existing record's identifying number. If it exists, the contact record will update (rather than a new contact being created).
Prepare a CSV
If you have contacts stored in a spreadsheet or CRM tool, you can easily import them into your Aha! Discovery workspace.
If your contact data is in a CRM tool, export it to a CSV file.
Prepare your CSV for import.
If you include organizations for contacts, the organization name must match an existing organization name in your account exactly. If you include organization names that do not exist in your account, the import will fail.
Import a CSV
In Aha! Discovery, navigate to the Participants page and click Import. The Import from CSV window will open.
Click Choose file or drag and drop your CSV file into the import window. Then, click Import.
Confirm that CSV columns map to the appropriate Aha! Discovery fields.
Click Import.
When the import is complete, you will find the new contacts listed in the Contacts table of your Participants page.
