Overview

Workspace owners can import whiteboards from Miro into workspace documents. All whiteboard users can view content on imported whiteboards.

When a user imports a whiteboard, your Aha! account duplicates the whiteboard's content and retains as much styling as possible. But there are some limitations. Aha! accounts do not currently support the following types of whiteboard content from Miro:

  • Miro widgets

  • Miro cards

  • Tables

  • Stickers

  • Pen tool

  • Unconnected connectors

  • Whiteboard history

  • Comments

  • Author data for whiteboard objects

However, most shapes, images, icons, and diagrams will appear on an imported whiteboard much like they do on the original Miro whiteboard. This makes it easy to move simple brainstorms, user story maps, diagrams, and sprint plans into your Aha! workspace — so you can centralize your whiteboards and store them alongside your product plans.
