Account knowledge settings

Aha! Knowledge

If you are subscribed to the Aha! Knowledge Advanced plan, your account will include account-level knowledge settings. From these settings, you can create new knowledge bases, create collections, and enable single sign-on.

Navigate to User menu -> Settings -> Account -> Knowledge to access these settings.

Knowledge bases

See a list of all knowledge bases you have added in your Aha! account. Click Add knowledge base to create a new one.

  • Click a knowledge base's Name to open that knowledge base's settings.

  • Click a hyperlink under the Document/workspace column to navigate to the workspace documents that comprise the knowledge base.

  • Click Open knowledge base to navigate to the published knowledge base. (You will need to hover your mouse over the listed knowledge base to reveal this option.)

  • Access the More options menu to perform other actions:

    • Select View all publish events to generate a list report of publishing events for your knowledge base.

    • Select Export to PDF to export your entire knowledge base to a single PDF document for offline use.

    • Select Copy knowledge base to create an exact copy of your knowledge base. This is helpful for creating a new knowledge base with identical settings to an existing one.

    • Select Delete knowledge base to delete the published knowledge base.

Collections

See a table listing all collections you have created for your knowledge bases.

  • Click Add collection to create a new collection.

  • Click Edit next to a collection to edit its details.

  • Click Delete next to a collection to delete it.

Single sign-on

Configure single sign-on identity providers. You can enable SSO for a knowledge base from its knowledge base settings. You can also share an identity provider between a knowledge base and an ideas portal.

  • Click Add identity provider to add an identity provider to your account.

  • You can see whether the identity provider is currently Enabled and what Type it is. Click on any identity provider's Name to open its configuration.

You can see the number of knowledge bases or ideas portals using an identity provider's configuration in the Used column, and click on the number to skip directly to a list of them on the identity provider configuration page.

Hover over an identity provider to Edit or Delete it.
