Workspace knowledge settings

Aha! Knowledge

If you are subscribed to the Aha! Knowledge Advanced plan, your account will include account-level knowledge settings. From these settings, you can create new knowledge bases and create snippets that you can use to populate content across multiple documents.

Navigate to User menu -> Settings -> Workspace -> Knowledge to access these settings.

Knowledge bases

See a list of all knowledge bases you have added in your Aha! account. Click Add knowledge base to create a new one.

  • Click a knowledge base's Name to open that knowledge base's settings.

  • Click a hyperlink under the Document/workspace column to navigate to the workspace documents that comprise the knowledge base.

  • Click Open knowledge base to navigate to the published knowledge base. (You will need to hover your mouse over the listed knowledge base to reveal this option.)

Snippets

Create and edit snippets that you can insert into any workspace document or record description. Snippets help you efficiently manage and distribute information aacross workspace documents, knowledge base articles, and more.

  • Click Add snippet to create a new snippet.

  • Click a snippet's name to open and edit it.

  • Click the More options menu and select Delete to permanently delete a snippet.
