Visualize interview highlights on a whiteboard

Aha! Discovery

Evidence beats recollection. Customer interviews carry more weight when you share what was said, ideally with a clear visual. Add highlights captured in customer interviews to a whiteboard to turn conversations into concrete insights. Arrange them to reveal themes, gaps, and opportunities. Collaborate with the team in real time to discuss what you see. Then, decide what to do next. This helps you move from research to decisions with shared understanding and confidence.

Overview

Whiteboards are available when using any Aha! Discovery plan with Aha! Roadmaps or Aha! Ideas. Whiteboards are also available for customers using Aha! Discovery Advanced as a standalone plan.

Workspace contributors can add highlights captured from interview transcripts to a new or existing whiteboard from the highlights list report. On the whiteboard, highlights are grouped automatically by study and interview to provide clear context. Anyone with access to the whiteboard can view the highlights.

Each highlight appears as a card with the highlight type in the upper left, the text in the center, and the avatar of the researcher who captured it in the upper right. Anyone with edit access to the whiteboard can move highlight cards or add them to templates to visualize findings in different ways.

You cannot edit highlight data from a whiteboard.
