With the exception of the AI assistant and AI-powered search, all AI features are available only to paid users in an Aha! account that has added the relevant advanced plan: Enterprise+, Aha! Discovery Advanced, Aha! Ideas Advanced, Aha! Whiteboards Advanced, Aha! Knowledge Advanced, or Aha! Teamwork Advanced, Aha! Develop Advanced.
The assistant's responses are generated automatically and might include inaccurate information. Please carefully review the results for errors. Your account data is never used to train the AI model.

AI credits
Every chat interaction with the AI assistant or use of AI capabilities will deduct credits from your account's shared pool. The number of credits used depends on the size and complexity of your request. Long or detailed instructions, multiple PDFs or images, or large pasted text will require more processing. Each prompt is unique and it is not possible to know ahead of time how credits will be used, but this table will give you a general set of guidelines.

If the AI assistant experiences a technical error when providing a response, credits will not be deducted from your account.
To prompt efficiently: Be specific in your requests, set a target output length, generate an outline before moving into a draft, and refine sections selectively by highlighting text. You should also consider using the AI prompt library to create prompts that are well defined and efficient for repeated tasks.

Enable AI-powered base search to type natural-language questions and get relevant results instantly. In addition to traditional search, ask questions like "What features did we ship last month?" or, "What ideas are assigned to me?" The AI assistant sorts through all your product data and provides an easy-to-scan list of relevant records.

Release notes
Create consistent, accurate release notes in seconds. The AI assistant uses the name and description in a list of epics, features, or requirements (from a single release, list report, or across multiple workspaces and teams) and builds release notes for you. Refine the release notes yourself or with the assistant's help, then share them with stakeholders externally as a webpage, presentation, or ideas portal custom page, or keep them internal in a workspace note. Insights in seconds. Use the AI assistant to summarize interview transcripts and highlight key takeaways, including an overall summary, your participants' emotional sentiment, learnings, and quotes. Every chat interaction with the AI assistant or use of AI capabilities will use credits from your account's shared pool. This pool automatically refreshes at the start of each billing period, and if you run out of credits before the end of the billing period, billing administrators in your account can purchase more credits. Purchased credits do not expire for active accounts.

Staying on top of feedback trends is an important part of idea management. And though you are rarely short on feedback to analyze, you might be short on time.
