Build presentations as a team. Multiple users can edit the same slide at the same time, and slide-level comments make it easy to share feedback without leaving the editor.

Manage collaborators
To add or remove collaborators, click More options (...) in the top-right corner of the slide editor and select Manage collaborators. Any Aha! user you add as a collaborator can edit the presentation and its slides.
Edit slides together in real time
When two or more collaborators open the same presentation, each person can edit slides simultaneously. You will see other collaborators' avatars in the top-right corner of the slide editor, and their cursors on the slide canvas as they work.
Changes save automatically. There is no need to coordinate who edits when.
Add slide-level comments
Open the Comments tab in the right panel to view and add comments on the current slide. Comments are scoped to the slide you are viewing. Switch slides to see comments on other slides.
To add a comment, type in the comment field and click Save. You can @mention collaborators to notify them directly, and #mention Aha! records to cite them.
Click Resolve on a comment to close it. Toggle Show resolved to review past discussions that have been marked as resolved.
