Use find and replace to update repeated words or phrases in a note. For example, you can correct a product name, replace an outdated term, or standardize formatting without editing every instance manually.
To open Find and replace, press Ctrl + F while editing a note. You can also select the + icon in the document and choose Find and replace.
Enter the word or phrase you want to find.
Use the Previous and Next arrows to review each match.
Select the double arrow icon to replace text. Then enter the replacement text in the Replace with filed.
Select Replace to update the current match, or select Replace all to update every match.
The find and replace controls are unavailable when the the note does not contain a match.
Find and replace updates text in the note you have open. To update text in another note, open it and repeat the steps.
