Participants can now reschedule interviews themselves in Aha! Discovery using the same scheduling page where they booked. They choose from times that match your current availability, and calendar invitations update automatically.

Improvements
You can now give Elle a personal memory to retain details about you and your work across chats. Nothing is saved automatically; Elle suggests a memory when relevant and stores it only after you confirm.
Elle can now update custom worksheet fields when you ask it to change a record, and dependent equation rows recalculate automatically. The same capability is available to connected MCP clients through the Aha! MCP server.
You can now ask Elle to copy a to-do. Elle will duplicate it on the same record with its description, assignees, watchers, custom fields, and attachments intact, plus clear the due date.
Elle now offers model transparency in account settings. A read-only view under User menu -> Settings -> Account -> AI controls lists the AI model providers and models currently processing your account's AI requests.
When you review your chat history with Elle, you can now see when each chat happened (relative times display for the first seven days, then calendar dates for older chats).
Elle now shows a context-window indicator in the chat input; hover to see the exact percentage of context used.

Improvements
Target in-app system broadcasts to specific workspaces or product lines when you create or edit them in account settings. Leave the selector blank to keep showing a message across your entire account.
Instead of requesting a link, discover and add the Aha! remote MCP server directly from the public MCP registry in your AI tool.

This week has several updates to the Aha! REST API:
Set a workspace template when you create a workspace through the Aha! API. This helps you provision new workspaces with the right configuration automatically.
Retrieve and update custom object link field values on workspaces and organizations through the Aha! API. With this, you can maintain custom table relationships from external systems.

Improvements
Authenticate the Azure DevOps integration with Microsoft Entra ID instead of a personal access token. This keeps your integration working as Microsoft phases out PAT-based access before December 2026.
Initiatives now import automatically during Azure DevOps integration syncs, so you no longer need to push them manually.
List reports now build correctly when a calculation column references the Idea submitted portal field.
Aha! Roadmaps Enterprise+ customers can now reference a promoted idea's submitter email in custom worksheet formulas. You can surface the idea's original requester on its feature.

Improvements
Share Aha! Discovery insights reports and clips as secure webpages with the same access settings available across Aha! software, including password and enhanced protection.
Create a new contact directly from an interview's Participants tab without switching screens.
Setting up how you host interviews is now clearer on the scheduling page. A redesigned hosting section explains how connecting your calendar powers scheduling and shows when an integration is already connected.

Improvements
If you have targeted feedback campaigns, you can create a link that sends people straight to submit or browse ideas for a specific workspace or category in your ideas portal.
Report on how idea themes connect to your work. Linked theme is now available when you build record-link reports.
Global search now returns idea themes, so you can jump to a theme from anywhere in Aha! Ideas.
Restore deleted idea themes from the Recycle bin, including their links to ideas.
Filter a report by Poll answer option to find everyone who chose a specific answer on a poll (available in Aha! Ideas Advanced). Then, bulk edit them or add them to an Aha! Discovery study.

Share your application code with a developer directly from Aha! Builder. Choose Share, enter an email, and Aha! Builder sends a link to a developer page with the code download and step-by-step integration guidance.
See at a glance when your application has changes that are not yet deployed. Aha! Builder flags pending changes, lets you review what will be published, and disables Deploy when everything is up to date. Learn how to deploy an application.
Invite a developer for temporary troubleshooting access with a developer guest pass. Builder owners can invite a guest, view an active pass, and revoke access — all scoped to the current application.
