Give a custom field a Default value — text, number, date, predefined choice list, and URL/email fields are all eligible — so new records start pre-populated instead of blank. Set it under the User menu -> Settings -> Account -> Custom fields, and override the default on any record at any time.
The attachment viewer has a new design. Controls to favorite, download, add to, and comment stay anchored at the top; downloads start immediately; and clicking outside the preview closes it.
Elle can now read the contents of an Aha! spreadsheet. This means you can ask it to summarize or answer questions about data embedded in a document or record.
Add anyone with the Configure integrations permission as a recipient for integration error alerts, not only workspace owners. This sends alerts to the people who administer the integration instead of requiring broader owner permissions.
Integration updates now show the failure message from a linked change when it blocks another record from sending, so you can see what to fix instead of only which record did not send.
Aha! Roadmaps

Accept a work request directly as a requirement. Choose Requirement in the Accept and add record flow, and select the parent feature. Aha! Roadmaps creates the requirement in place without a separate move.
Aha! Ideas
Improvements
Aha! Ideas Advanced subscribers can now save every suggested theme from an idea exploration in one action (instead of saving them one at a time).
Values from a one-to-many custom table now carry over when you promote an idea to a feature, so the records you track alongside an idea stay attached to the work it becomes.
Click Update records on an enabled HubSpot integration to apply your current organization mappings to every linked organization at once. This keeps existing organizations consistent with new ones after a mapping change.
The Idea created by report filter now includes Aha! Automation. Filter on it to keep ideas created by the feedback collector automation rule out of your review reports and stats.
Aha! Whiteboards
Improvements
Add a prototype to a whiteboard from the Prototype shape in advanced shapes. Choose an existing prototype or create a new one (instead of pasting in a prototype URL).
Aha! Builder
Improvements
Respond to a finding in an Aha! Builder security or privacy review by clicking Add exception and recording an accepted risk or known limitation. The exception carries into every future review of the application and appears on the review page, so the next reader sees why the finding stands. Administrators control whether exceptions are allowed at all with the Allow review exceptions governance rule, which is on by default for both default and custom rule templates.
