New to Aha! Discovery

Upload existing customer interview recordings to Aha! Discovery. Then, instantly transcribe and do AI analysis on the video or audio file.

You can now embed prototypes created with the AI assistant directly in your features and notes.

Collect ratings and comments on articles in your knowledge base. This helps you see what works and what needs improvement.

See what else is new:

Filter the All activity page by record type, event history type, and changes.
Record names in the recycle bin are clickable.
We expanded reportable data for integrations, including whether an integration is based on a template.
AI prompts, instructions, and agents settings now include Created by and Last used columns.
We improved the AI assistant's ability to generate prototypes:
- The AI assistant now splits prototypes into multiple files, allowing it to plan larger, more complex ones.
- We improved the AI assistant's UI-generating ability.
- An inspect tool allows you to point to parts of a running prototype to tell the AI assistant what should be modified.

Aha! Roadmaps Enterprise+ subscribers can sort custom table records by any column.
Features that are linked to epics in a different workspace will sync to Azure DevOps when using a shared integration template.
Integrate with Jira Service accounts.
Sort workspaces by workspace hierarchy in pivot tables.
Report on a record's workspace name to see which team is working on a record.

Aha! Roadmaps users in a trial for Aha! Discovery can add trial users without contacting customer success. Navigate to the User menu -> Settings -> Account -> Users to add a user, then select Aha! Discovery in the Product menu.

Select multiple whiteboard shapes and click Connect objects on the shapes toolbar to join them with a connector.

Edit meta titles on knowledge base pages from the original document's Overview tab.
- If you are using a custom layout for documents, you will need to add this field to your layout.

Filter the cycle and lead time report by estimate.
The AI assistant can change the location of team records.
Use automation rules to update ideas in integrated accounts.
- Only workspaces related to a team will be available for automations.
Roll up initial estimates for requirements to their parent feature.
Reopen a sprint from its More options button to make changes that should have been included.
