Personal settings control how Aha! Builder looks and works for you. Customize your profile, update your credentials, and set display preferences — all from one place.
Navigate to User menu → Settings → Personal to access your personal settings.
Profile
Your profile settings shape how you appear to other users in your Aha! Builder account and how the application displays information to you. Navigate to User menu → Settings → Personal → Profile to configure your profile.
User profile
Picture: Upload a profile picture so your teammates can identify you. Click Upload picture to add a new image, or Remove picture to delete your current one.
Name: Your first and last name as displayed throughout Aha! Builder.
Email: The email address associated with your account. This field is read-only — use the Change email section below to update it.
Time zone: Select your local time zone. Aha! Builder uses this to display dates and times accurately.
Locale: Controls how dates and numbers display. Choose Use browser setting to match your browser's locale automatically, or select a specific locale from the dropdown.
Week begins: Determines the first day of the week on calendars and to-dos. Choose Use locale setting to follow your locale's convention, or select a specific day.
Click Update user profile to save your changes.
Change email
Update the email address associated with your Aha! Builder account.
Enter your current password in the Current password field.
Enter your new email address in the New email field.
Re-enter your new email address in the Confirm new email field.
Click Update email.
Change password
Update the password you use to log in to Aha! Builder.
Enter your current password in the Current password field.
Enter a new password in the New password field.
Re-enter your new password in the Confirm new password field.
Click Update password.
If you have forgotten your current password, click Forgot password to receive a password reset email.
Elle memory
Use Elle memory settings to control whether Elle can use personal memory in your chats.
This section appears only if your Aha! account has personal memory for Elle enabled in User menu -> Settings -> Account -> AI controls.
Turn on Enable memory for Elle if you want Elle to use your saved memory in future chats and suggest new memories when relevant. Turn it off if you do not want Elle to use saved memory or suggest new memories in chat. Any memory you have already saved will remain available unless you remove it.
Use Manage memory to review and edit what Elle has saved for you.
Elle can suggest memory during a chat when relevant context comes up, but nothing is saved unless you approve it first.
Personal memory applies only to your user. It is not shared with other users in your Aha! account.
Users can access Elle memory settings only when they have access to Elle on their plan and personal memory is enabled for the account.
Product announcements
Product announcements keep you informed about new functionality and training opportunities. Toggle Show announcements on or off to control whether announcements appear in the application.
Note: Even if you disable product announcements, you will still see important notifications such as system maintenance updates.
Theme
Choose how Aha! Builder looks for you. Select a Theme from the dropdown:
Light: A light background with dark text.
Dark: A dark background with light text.
System: Matches your operating system's current light or dark mode preference.
Confetti
Celebrate when you complete work — like finishing a to-do. Toggle Throw confetti on or off to enable or disable the confetti animation.
Workspace access
The Workspace access in personal settings gives you a list of administrators in your Aha! Builder account. You can contact one of them if you need permissions to new applications.
