Account customization settings apply across your Aha! Builder account. This article explains the settings available in the Customization section of your account settings.
Administrators with customization permissions can open these settings from User menu -> Settings -> Account. As Aha! Builder adds more account customization settings, this article will continue to provide an overview of each one.

Tags
Tags help you categorize applications so your team can find and organize them more easily.
After tags are created, users can assign them to applications. Assigned tags appear on application cards on the All applications page, where users can also filter the list by tag.
In the Tags field on applications, users can create their own tags as they work. If you want to limit tags to a set list, create your tags field as a Pre-defined tags field.
You can also create and manage tags from this account setting. Click Add tag to create a tag and assign it a color. Tag names can include letters, numbers, or emoji. Then click Create tag or Create tag + add another.
On the Configure tags page, hyperlinks in the Used in column open a list of applications that use a given tag. Click Edit to change a tag's name or color. Click Replace to replace a tag with another existing tag. Click Delete to remove a tag.
Bulk edit or merge tags
You can bulk edit tags to change their color, merge them into a single tag, or delete them.
To bulk edit tags, select the checkboxes next to the tags you want to update. Then click Bulk edit to open a list of the selected tags. From there, use bulk edit to update or delete them.
To merge tags, use the Merge into option in the bulk edit menu. Select the existing tag you want to keep. Aha! Builder will replace the merged tags everywhere they appear across your account.
Recycle bin
The recycle bin helps you recover items that were deleted by mistake.
It shows:
Recently deleted applications
Records that were recently deleted
You can review when the deletion happened, how it happened, and which Aha! user deleted the item. To restore something, click Restore.
The recycle bin shows records and applications deleted within the last seven days.
