New to Aha! Discovery

Aha! Discovery now integrates with Google Calendar

New to all Aha! products

  • We have updated all dropdown menus across all Aha! products to have a standardized look and feel.

New to Aha! Roadmaps

  • If you have enabled OKRs in your account, you can now report on the history of changes to a key result.

  • You can now use equations to check or filter for text fields that are empty.

  • You can now report on or filter custom tables and ideas records by History (last 90 days).

  • Click on a record's History tab to see an audit log of all changes ever made to the record. You can now search, sort, and filter that tab to find the exact change(s) you need to review.

  • The list of recently deleted records in your account can be quite large. Now you can sort and filter that the recycle bin, as well as clicking on record links to see a preview of what the deleted record was.

  • If you trial Aha! Discovery from an existing Aha! Roadmaps account, you can now give existing users access to Aha! Discovery from User menu -> Settings -> Billing -> Users.

New to Aha! Whiteboards

  • Whiteboards in your Aha! account can now detect the type of device you are using (trackpad, mouse, phone, etc.), and provide navigation options accordingly.

  • If you paste a single line of text, it will now paste as a text box. If you paste multiple lines of text, it will still create multiple sticky notes.

New to Aha! Knowledge

  • In a table, you can now turn on numbered rows. If you add a Header row, the numbering starts after it.

  • The Aha! REST API now includes multiple new endpoints for knowledge bases:

    • GET a knowledge base

      • ID

      • workspace

      • title

      • URL

      • status (Can be enabled or inactive)

      • publishing method (Can be draft or instant)

      • access (Can be public, password, or )

      • folder display

      • source documents (Can be show or hide)

    • List notes for a knowledge base

      • ID

      • q (For a search query)

    • GET a specific knowledge base document. Note: This will always return the latest published version of the document.

      • KB ID

      • ID

      • name

      • description Note: This will include HTML content.

      • title

      • document title

      • created at

      • position

      • updated at

      • editor version

      • parent ID

      • attachments

      • URL

      • document status

      • publishing status

      • collections

New to Aha! Teamwork and Aha! Develop

  • If your team does not use epics, you can now disable them in your team settings.
