Essentials plan

Aha! Teamwork Essentials includes everything you need to optimize your team's workload, coordinate dependencies, manage backlogs, and share knowledge. Use the Aha! AI assistant to draft and revise content, and integrate with 25+ tools to stay aligned with strategic plans.

This plan is best for project teams that want a standalone agile project management tool that balances simplicity with flexibility.

Advanced plan

The Aha! Teamwork Advanced plan includes all the features of the Essentials plan plus a connection with Aha! Roadmaps, advanced reporting, sophisticated automation rules, and single sign-on (SSO) for your Aha! account.

Aha! Roadmaps is a complete product management suite that helps product teams set strategy, capture ideas, score features, and share visual plans. Aha! Teamwork pairs with Aha! Roadmaps to unify planning and delivery workflows. Unlike an integration, no data mapping between systems is needed. This is because a record is the same in both tools — so information is always in sync.

The Advanced plan is best for project teams that need to work closely with product teams in Aha! Roadmaps. Product management can simply assign work in Aha! Roadmaps to the right team in Aha! Teamwork to coordinate work that supports product plans.
