In minutes, you can integrate Aha! with some of the most popular enterprise software tools on the market. Our integration capabilities remove the need to build custom integrations between Aha! and your enterprise tool. However, if you need to build a custom integration, we also offer a REST API that can be accessed by a custom application.

Integrating Aha! with your communication channels helps keep everyone aligned with the strategy and progress of your marketing team in real time. Automatically send all desired updates from Aha! (on requests, activities, master activities, and strategy) to everyone in your communication networks so you can stay focused on what matters most.

Integrate with your project management tools

Aha! is the perfect tool to manage complex content marketing calendars, digital marketing campaigns, and to connect product marketing and product management in one workspace. But you may need to collaborate with a team outside of Aha! — a design team that uses Trello, for example. 

Thanks to our two-way integrations with Trello and Asana, the strategy and work you do in Aha! can flow directly to project management tools. And as work is completed there, it flows directly back into Aha! to update your records.

Create an integration

To set up an integration:

  1. Hover over the gear icon located in the top-right corner of any page in Aha! and select Settings > Workspace.
  2. Click the next to Integrations.
  3. Select your integration.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page to choose your mappings.

It is important to note that Account and Workspace settings both have integration options. Workspace-level integrations are where you configure integrations such as Slack, Google Hangouts, and Flowdock.
