Using Aha! mobile

 

The Aha! mobile app gives you the ability to view, edit, and add product data wherever you are. Easily search and locate any goal, initiative, master release, release, master feature, feature, or idea to view the latest plans. Collaborate with your team members in real time by assigning records, adding comments, or capturing important ideas and features as they come up.

Aha! mobile is available for iOS version 10 and newer. Android support will be available in the coming months. To get started, download the Aha! mobile app from the App Store and sign in with your Aha! account. If you use two-factor authentication or single sign-on, you will be presented with authentication the same as you would when logging in to Aha! through a web browser. 

Once set up, you can use the app to perform many actions, such as viewing work assigned to you and creating or editing records. If you click a link to an Aha! record while on your mobile device, the record will automatically open up in the Aha! mobile app.

Search for records

Global search allows you to quickly locate information across your Aha! account. There is a search field available under the menu drawer as well as record-specific search on the record list pages.

View and edit records

Aha! mobile enables product managers to view and edit their product plans when they are away from the computer. You can assign records, update statuses, add comments, and edit record details all from your mobile device. Just find the record you wish to edit, open it up, and edit away!

Create records

In addition to editing records, creating new records on Aha! mobile is easy. Simply click the menu icon on the top-left corner of app and select the record type you wish to create. Once you have the record type selected, click the icon on the top-right to begin adding new records.

Aha! mobile supports creating new goals, initiatives, master features, features, ideas, and to-dos.

Manage your work

The home page of Aha! mobile is the My work page. This page allows Aha! users to easily access any work item that is currently assigned to them. Simply tap a record to open up the details and dive into your product planning when away from your computer.

Switch products

Managing multiple products? You can easily navigate between products by clicking the menu icon and then clicking the product drop down at the top of the page. This will present your full product hierarchy including every product and product line you have access to. For teams with large hierarchies, there is also a search option to make finding your specific product easy.

Navigate between accounts

For Aha! customers that belong to multiple accounts, you can switch between accounts by clicking Menu > Settings. This will allow you to switch accounts the same as you would within Aha! on your computer.
