You can publish any Aha! report or roadmap using an Aha! presentation and then share it with key stakeholders, customers, or team members.
If you want to solicit feedback or share ideas with them, you can add them as collaborators so they can:
- Edit slides in the presentation.
- Add comments to facilitate discussions.
- Create to-dos for work to be completed and assign owners and due dates. (For example, "Review the strategy view to ensure we covered all our goals and initiatives" or "Joe, please create a new view that shows the updates for your product line.")
Note: To get a quick snapshot of all the to-dos assigned to an Aha! user, select Home > My work.
