Depending on the type of Aha! subscription you choose, the following payment options are available.
A credit card is required for all monthly subscriptions. After signing up, you will have immediate access to your account and your credit card will be automatically charged each month thereafter.
Annual subscriptions are billed up front for the full year. Customers with 5 or less paid seats pay via credit card and customers with more than 5 paid seats can select to be invoiced. All customers with 10 or more paid seats are invoiced.
Credit card payments
We accept all major credit cards. After signing up, you will have immediate access to your account and your credit card will be automatically charged annually.
Manual invoice billing
Qualifications and payment methods:
- Available for annual subscriptions with 5 or more paid seats.
- We accept payment by check, wire transfer, ACH, or direct deposit.
- Net 15 terms.
To set up manual invoicing, send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Company name
- Main billing contact's name
- Main billing contact's email address
- Main billing contact's phone number
- Physical shipping address (the address you use for billing)
- PO # if required by you (we do not require it)
- VAT # (for companies operating in the EU only)
- GST # (for companies operating in New Zealand only)
After we receive this information, we will convert your account to manual invoicing and you will have immediate access to Aha!
