Whitelist IP addresses for on-premise versions of development systems (integrations 1.0 and 2.0)

If you are integrating with an on-premise development system, you may need to whitelist Aha! in your firewall so that it can make connections to your development server to create issues. Common examples of systems like this are JIRA, TFS on-premise, Redmine and any other system that offers a downloaded version.

Currently, we use these source IP addresses for the connections:

All traffic is assumed to be HTTPS (port 443). You may specify a custom port (other than 443) in the URL when configuring the integration settings in Aha!

HTTPS webhook traffic from your development system to Aha! (outbound from the on-premise network) will go to:

It is only necessary to whitelist these IP addresses for outbound connections if you normally block outbound connections which is less common.
