Your subscription invoices can be found in the “Invoices” section of the Settings > Account > Billing page. You must have “billing” Administrator user permissions to access this page. Some teams choose to give their billing contacts access to Aha! as billing Administrators so they can view invoices and review paid seat usage as needed.
The invoice section provides a list view of all historical account invoices, including the invoice number, date of the invoice, total invoice amount, and a link to view a PDF of the invoice. Invoices can be downloaded by clicking the “View PDF” button.
Invoices for your Aha! account are generated automatically at renewal and any time a change is made to your subscription. When generated, they are automatically emailed out to the billing contact emails provided at signup. If you would like to update who receives invoice and other billing notifications, please contact Customer Success at firstname.lastname@example.org.
